Method

Need to fine tune the wheat/water quatities

Fry onions for a few minutes then add ginger, chilli, garlic and pepper frying for a few more minutes.  Add chopped tomatoes, water, herbs, cumin and stock cube.  Mix well and add wheat and beans.  Simmer very gently for ten minutes.  Serve hot or cold.
