Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Rub in the butter until distributed evenly. Sprinkle the water on stirring the mixture. Knead into a stiff dough.
Sprinkle a chopping board with flour and roll to 0.5cm thick. Cut out the desired shapes and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper coated with butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees C (fan).
