Mix flours, oil and salt in bowl. Mix in water and knead until elastic. Leave to sit for five minutes. Divide into 8 or 10 balls and roll to a few millimetres thick.. Cook in a lightly greased frying pan until browned in spots. Keep warm in oven at 50 to 80 degrees wrapped in tea towel to keep moist
