Method

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.

Rub in margarine.

Add a little warm water at a time until dough is soft not wet (as dry as possible and still bind).  Knead for a few minutes 

Divide into 4 balls and rest for at least 10 minutes.

Squash one ball onto a wooden board (no need for flour if the dough is correctly dry).  Squash by hand then roll very thin flipping and rolling again.

Place on hot (170) griddle for a minute or so each side (until brown speckles appear).
