Stems removed and sliced (or use spinach, kale etc. with no need to slice baby leaves)

Method

Fry the onion and chilli until onion is tender (3 minutes)

Add tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes (the tomatoes should start to lose their shape)

Add greens and season with salt and pepper, stir until wilted and just tender

Pour lemon juice on top and serve
