Method

Gently fry onions for 5 minutes.

Add chilli flakes, salt, garlic and reosemary.  Cook for two minutes.

Add beans and wine.  Simmer for five minutes.

Add milk, drained tuna and olive oil

Mash the tuna into the beans leaving some texture

Add herbs, lemon, black pepper and half of the cheese and mix

Spread the mix evenly and sprinkle the rest of the cheese and butter on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160-170 then sprinkle lemon juice on top
