Method

Grill sausages if you prefer browned skins Gently fry onions until soft Sprinkle on flour and fry gently for 1-2 mins Gradually stir in water then add stock cubes (or use proper stock) bring to boil stirring continuously Stir in chutney and worcestershire sauce Put sausages into slow cooker Pour sauce over sausages and cook in slow cooker for 5 to 8 hours on low (or in a casserole dish/pot in the oven on hob) Serve with mashed potatoes and peas
