Method

Fry onions for 5 mins adding garlic half way through
Add spices and herbs and fry for a few more minutes
Add tomatoes, beans, lentils and stock
Add chorizo
Cover and simmer for 30 mins
Optionally allow to cool and skim fat before reheating.
