Method

Divide the noodles into four equal portions breaking them up into smaller pieces while you do
Put noodles into small microwaveable pots or bowls
Add half a teaspoon each of chicken and vegetable stock
Add a pinch of chilli to taste
[Noodles can now be stored for a week or so before use]
Pour boiling water onto noodles, stir, cover and microwave for 90 secs to two minutes
Add more boiling water if all has been absorbed already
Stir then leave for two minutes until water is absorbed
