Method

Dice meat and veg to equal sizes (2 cm) Put all ingredients in large pressure cooker Cook 30 minutes Allow to cool enough to serve Thicken with flour mixed in a little cold water if required although it will thicken if reheated anyway Or chill/freeze and reheat as needed
