Method

Mix all ingredients in bread maker on dough setting (15)
Possible flavouring additions:
1 tsp each coriander & cumin
4 cloves chopped garlic and black pepper
50g raisins 50g des coconut 50g flaked almonds (Peshwari)

250 degree oven 4-5 mins
Then brush with melted butter/ghee 6 tsp
