Method

Still at experimental stage:

  1. Fry onions until translucent adding ginger after a couple of minutes
  2. Add garlic, chilli and pepper and fry for a couple of minutes
  3. Add chick peas, water, pork, chorizo, tomatoes, stock cubes, herbs and seasoning and bring to boil
  4. Simmer for two hours
  5. Add rice, bring back to boil and simmer for twenty minutes (or until all liquid absorbed but not longer than 30)

Probably should have olives added.  Needs a little more spice - cayenne?
