Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Mix oil and water and add to the flour. Stir until forms a dough. Knead for a few minutes and rest for at least 10.
Divide into 6. Flour a surface and roll very thin (translucent) to the size of a dinner plate (flip and roll to get thinner). Lightly oil a pan or griddle and cook (170) for a minute on each side (should just start to brown in spots)
