Method

Fry onion and ginger thoroughly.  Add peppers and garlic and fry for three minutes. Add tomatoes, beans and passata.  Add stock, worcestershire sauce, herbs and pepper.  Bring to a simmer. Add meatballs.  Simmer for five hours.  Serve with spaghetti.
